I have always loved Jazz... basically since High School. Entering my 20's I started listening to more of a smooth, fusion styled jazz sound. Pat Metheny, Lee Ritenour, Larry Carlton... Al Dimeola to name a few.

Through the years I have recorded music that from time to time had some elements of jazz... but never a full-on focused jazz styled piece. This new song comes close... mainly because I still have some "chill" sounds, or elements... yet still sounding close to smooth jazz.

At any rate... I am not sure what to call this, but it was sure fun to record!
