In these times... we need to be compassionate. Caring not only for ourselves, but for others as well. I love the term... "looking out for others."

This week I have had countless friends simply "checking in" with me... wishing me and my family well as we navigate through these uncharted waters of co-vid 19 virus breakout. Those simple check ins have meant the world to me. In return I have checked in on other friends of mine as well. Spreading the love and care.

Compassion is, sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others. Since we're all in this boat at the moment, may be extra caring for one another. This moment in time won't last forever... storms come and go... and this will move on one day... and the sun will shine again!
