Today I was considering the life of a caterpillar. They begin life in a way that seems somewhat difficult. Less that ideal...

But...

Eventually... they begin the process of wrapping themselves up in a cocoon. Behind the safety of the cocoon, a transformation is happening. Something special and more beautiful than one could ever imagine. A butterfly!

I feel like we... as in all of humanity is in this state at the moment. We have been moving about in a less that ideal manner in the world. Social media has paved a way for so much anger, and division... resentment, panic and fear. Far less than ideal conditions.

But all of a sudden... we find ourselves in a state of a "forced" cocoon as we all are asked to stay home to help reduce the spread of covid 19.

The wonderful thing is this... while we are in this present place, I feel as though a transformation is taking place... and when this thing ends, we will be made into something pretty special. No longer earthbound by division, but dancing on the wind of a new birth.

Something special is happening... and that is something I am looking forward to seeing!
